LEGAL · PRIVACY
Privacy begins with collecting less.
Legacy Private Office works with sensitive personal, family and institutional contexts. The public website is therefore designed to request only the minimum information needed to establish relevance and a safe next step.
This policy describes the intended handling of website and inquiry information. Engagement-specific confidentiality, security and retention terms are agreed separately.

INFORMATION WE REQUEST
Minimum information for a first conversation.
The initial inquiry may request your name, email, optional phone number, role, country or region, preferred contact method, broad area of interest, timing and referral source. Optional context should remain non-sensitive.
Do not submit passports, identity documents, legal files, medical information, financial statements, raw archives, passwords or confidential transaction materials through the public form.
HOW INFORMATION IS USED
Fit, response and responsible follow-up.
Inquiry information is intended to determine whether Legacy Private Office is relevant, identify the appropriate person to respond, check authority and conflicts, and arrange a conversation. It should not be sold or used for unrelated mass marketing.
Where a specialist introduction is considered, information should be shared only with permission and only to the extent necessary for that introduction.
RETENTION & RIGHTS
Information should not remain merely because it was collected.
Retention periods reflect the purpose of the inquiry, applicable legal requirements and any continuing relationship. Depending on jurisdiction, your rights may include access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, subject to legitimate legal obligations.
Privacy questions may be raised through the inquiry form without including confidential records. If a formal engagement proceeds, the relevant entity, privacy contact, processors, security arrangements and jurisdiction-specific terms will be identified in the engagement documentation.
